Elizabeth Davidson
Elizabeth Davidson joins the Legends Realty Ruby Hill team as a licensed Broker. Elizabeth has lived in the Pleasanton area most of her life. She attended local Pleasanton schools prior to obtaining her degree from Cal State and has lived in Ruby Hill for the last twelve years with her husband, Randall.
Elizabeth has over 20 years of high level sales and marketing experience. Most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a contract manufacturing services provider (EMS) to the Silicon Valley technology sector, she has earned a reputation for innovative solutions and stellar service. Her skill and expertise contributed substantially to premier results and exceptional satisfaction enjoyed by such companies as Tandy Corporation, Dynamic Circuits Inc, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, and Rockwell International.
Elizabeth looks forward to using the skills which brought her success in the high stakes, high stress, and high volatility environment of the technology sector to the real estate sector; implementing and monitoring processes, timelines and solutions to meet commitments and deliver satisfaction to her clients. Her clients’ priorities are her priorities and customer satisfaction is her motivation.
Jim Tosio
Jim is a founding partner of Legends Realty. At the age of 16 Jim decided he wanted to make real estate his career. He obtained his license at the age of 18 and worked in real estate throughout college. After college, Jim started his full time career in the Sacramento area. He built homes and developed subdivisions in El Dorado Hills along with running his own residential real estate company. Jim moved with his family to Danville in 1984. From 1984 to 2005 he represented major home builders Pulte, Shapell, & Signature Properties. From 1994 to 2002 Jim represented Signature Properties at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton. In 2005 he started Legends Realty with Marc Wimmer. As important as business is to Jim, family comes first. He has three grown daughters who reside in the bay area and 2 grandsons. Jim lives in Danville with his wife Claire. They enjoy travel, tennis, and working out.
Randall Davidson
Randall Davidson is a licensed Real Estate Broker with lifelong ties to the East Bay and over 20 years of sales experience. Randall is particularly pleased to be a member of the Legends Realty team because one of the agency’s specialties is serving the real estate needs of residents of Pleasanton’s Ruby Hill neighborhood, where Randall has lived with his family for the past twelve years. Prior to starting his career in real estate, Randall worked for many years as a Senior Account Executive for such companies as BUILDNET, PAC Corporation, and Exigent Computer Group, all of which specialize in providing complex software solutions to the building industry. He handled millions of dollars in sales to senior executives of medium to large home builders, was responsible for sales management and training, and became knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate industry. In this work, Randall, a member of national and local Home Building Associations, consistently demonstrated the ability to negotiate and close on behalf of his clients and mastered the art of relationship-based selling, gaining recognition as a top Account Executive and growing sales for all of his employers. Randall, who grew up in Lafayette and received his BA from California State University, has completed numerous advanced sales training courses and is an alumi of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Pleasanton Program. He also supports and is involved with several local charitable organizations. Randall’s extensive high-level sales experience in the real estate industry, commitment to his community, and knowledge about the local area serve him well as a Broker who is dedicated to providing outstanding results for his clients.
Catherine Oaks
Catherine has over 18 years of marketing and web/Internet experience. Her strong marketing background (MBA in marketing/management), diversified graphic and web knowledge (Certified Internet Webmaster in 1999 by the World Association of Webmasters), combined with her international exposure while working in Europe, Asia, and Africa, have enabled her to truly understand national and international markets. Her marketing and technical partnership is essential to keep Legends Realty up to date with technology.
